Last October, from the 22nd to the 24th, PCA Innovative Solutions had the pleasure of exhibiting at FISP 2024, the largest safety and protection event in Latin America, which attracted over 60,000 visitors in São Paulo. This edition was special for PCA, as we showcased, for the first time, an innovative line of personal protection and safety footwear technologies in partnership with the NeoLAB Development Center.
Among the innovations presented were:
1. Super Critical Foam (SCF) Technology: a foaming system that offers enhanced durability and comfort.
2. Seamless and Foamless Structure: designed to ensure protection and lightness, providing greater comfort.
3. Waterproof Sealing System: now incorporated into safety footwear certified to the updated EN ISO 20245:2022 standard.
In addition, we introduced the M-Guard Protector, a pioneering solution made from non-Newtonian fluid, capable of absorbing high-impact forces. This lightweight protector is certified according to ASTM F-2413 and ISO 20344:15, item 5.16 standards.
In the insoles segment, we showcased SCF PU insoles, which provide a 65% rebound effect, tested in accordance with ASTM D-2632, delivering a new level of comfort and performance.
PCA Innovative Solutions reinforces its commitment to leading the innovation sector in Latin America by offering our partners the Development Center service in collaboration with NeoLAB. This center enables prototype development and testing, field trials, and small-batch production, accelerating time-to-market for new products.
